The room is versatile and sessions are tailored to you. 1901 Arts Club is a renowned performance space, and the open salon can quickly be transformed into a more dramatic studio using interchangeable backdrops (see FAQs below).

Ideal for website makeovers, album covers & concert posters, for multidisciplinary artists & ensembles.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally 2+ weeks in advance but sessions might be available at short notice. Selected date & time slots are here. If you don't see a suitable time, just contact me here and I'll let you know full availability.

The salon has a grand piano & elegant gold curtains, and my backdrop stand has 5 colours - white, blue, red, grey & black - so we can quickly transform the room to capture a range of looks and moods.
What should I wear?
We can chat through outfit options & colour combinations in advance. As a starting point, think about what you'd wear for an audition - ideally flattering clothing in which you feel comfortable.

The salon is 10 x 3.5m, with high ceilings, and my backdrop stand is 2.3m tall so I can accommodate large instruments. There's a changing area on site and plenty of room to leave your things.

Can you work in other venues?
Yes - all the lighting equipment & backdrops pack away into a single roller bag, so I can work on location e.g. at churches, concert venues, opera festivals. I just need a room 6 x 4m with high ceilings!

How are final images sent?
High resolution jpgs via WeTransfer.
